"Saving Lives and Protecting Property"
Since the inception of the City of Easley Fire Department, the primary objectives continue to be:
- To Provide the residence of the City of Easley with the most effective and cost conscious public safety emergency services.
- To Be receptive to the needs of the residents and industry represented in the City.
- To Endeavor to be pro-active leaders in a relatively reactive industry.
- To Be responsible to the City Administration and the general citizenry, by providing realistic input for future operations and established objectives and,
- To Anticipate future impact on the public safety services based upon the historical and current growth patterns experienced by the City of Easley.
The services provided by the fire department today include, but are not limited to, fire suppression, hazardous materials mitigation, cause and origin investigation, fire prevention, fire and life safety education, and related emergency rescue functions, as well as other associated public safety emergency services. The services rendered to the residents of the City of Easley are done so by an organization comprised of true professionals who have chosen this endeavor as a career and is reflected in the outstanding manner in which the service is being rendered.
