PLANNING COMMISSION
May 19, 2008

The Planning Commission met Monday, May 19, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of City Hall. The following members were present: Don Hamilton, Chairman, Mario DiPietro, Pat Webb, Brian Gosey and Ray Williams. Tommy Holcombe, Building Official, was absent.

Mr. Hamilton called the meeting to order.

The following item was presented to the board:
Easley Combined Utility of 110 Peachtree Street, Easley, South Carolina made petition to annex Pickens County Parcels 5038-19-60-2101 and 5038-19-60-2101 and Anderson County Parcel 187-04-01-079-000 into the corporate limits of the City of Easley. The property is requested to be annexed in as R-10 for the purpose of city services. After some discussion and an advertising error, Combined Utility will bring the entire request back to the board on the next month’s meeting.

The meeting was adjourned by Mr. Hamilton.
