a. Resolution No. 2009-06 Franchise fee on revenue of electric utilities serving customers in areas annexed into the city limits.

11. NEW RESOLUTIONS
a. Resolution No. 2009-19 to transfer $4,000 in State Accommodations Tax Proceeds from the Easley Soccer Club to the Big League World Series.
b. Resolution No. 2009-20 to contribute $2,000 towards Honors Flight Upstate.
c. Resolution No. 2009-21 to award a contract to Lamar Construction in an amount not to exceed $117,200 to construct a water feature on the site formerly known as Donnie’s Taxi stand.
