To annex 815 Saco Lowell Rd and related property providing access and contiguity consisting of approximately 3.22 acres of privately owned real property owned by Olin and Joan Benjamin and adjacent right of way on Saco Lowell Rd and to provide a zoning designation of General Commercial (TAX MAP NUMBER 5039-14-32-8861).
